Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes after you order our gorgeous La Hera jewelry?

“Out with the oldin with the new”

We are now in an era where almost any transactions can be done with just a tap of a finger. Modern technology has undoubtedly changed everything we have been taught and studied over the years, and a new outlook on how things work in the 21st century comes with this revolutionary shift. All that being said, obviously, whoever adapts well with these changes are going to stay ahead of the game.

Atlas Creative Group (ACG), the company that pioneered La Hera, now has over 2,000 employees, 20 brands and partners in nearly seven locations. China, Latvia, Indonesia, United States, Brazil, Philippines and India. Almost all staff is between the ages of 18-25.

Now, you might be wondering, “How could such a fast-growing, sophisticated company be run by Gen Z’s and Millennials?”.

Ask yourself:

What generation has never known a life without technology?

Who knows the ins and outs of the latest trends in lifestyle, entertainment, business and fashion?

Is it the “boomers”?

I don’t think so.

Being an extremely opinionated and innovative generation, if they can create something that would make their life a lot better, they will do it in a heartbeat. A clear proof that thinking and acting like the consumers is a huge advantage, and an essential trait to have for a company whose mission is to create, to succeed in E-commerce.

Say hello to the ACG Latvia team!

These are the beautiful young adults who gets things done in Latvia, from operations to distribution, along with the creator and founder of Atlas Creative Group, Daniel Philip. The Latvia site is the most pivotal part of the business. This is where the precious jewelry you ordered from our site are taken care of. From the few clicks you do to make the order, to being delivered to your doorstep.

The huge office and warehouse is situated in the capital city Riga at a pristine area with a dope view overlooking the river.

In a recent interview with the man behind the operations in ACG Latvia, Janis Lubins, CEO, with regards to their ultimate goal for 2021. He said;

“The company’s ultimate goal for 2021 is to launch ATLAS Distribution. The strongest and main global distribution and logistics center for the whole company. Shipping out more than 10,000 packages a month for all our brands all over the world and providing services to clients outside the community. ACG Latvia will be the nesting ground for this business model to grow and I’m pretty sure with how things are moving with the team, we’ll be able to launch it 2-3 months from now.”

He also added;

“I strongly believe that with our line of business, Millennials and Gen-Z generations are the most powerful force in sustainability and progress of the community. We relate more to consumers than all other generations. I’d like to thank my team for working extremely hard this past 6-7 months. We are pushing hard every day to reach our goals and targets. In that span of time, we’ve made so much progress and yielded so much great results. I am very proud of what we’ve created together and what we’ll create together. Stress is not going to get you anywhere, think objectively as young entrepreneurs, focus, keep calm in situations and we’ll glide through the year. Atlas Distribution needs fresh and innovative minds and it’ll strive”

 (Come on, loosen up. There’s already too much sadness in the world.)

The most notorious factors that may affect/delay your shipment:

(Now we’re not making excuses, just really how it be sometimes. We just thought we’d let you know)

High volume shipments

A sudden or unexpected increase in shipment delivery volumes can overwhelm a courier company.

This is most common during the holiday season when the shopping extravaganza begins.

COVID 19 Protocols

With the global health crisis protocols still implemented, there's very few manpower than usual in government and none government sectors which is also a huge factor for the delays.

Weather conditions

For all delivery businesses, safety is always gonna be a priority. With road shut-downs or traffic, caused by the bad weather, delays inevitably occur.

As frustrating as it may be for customers when weather conditions dictate the pace of delivery, there is only so much courier companies can do to ensure timely delivery.

Like we said, worry not, dear La Hera supporter. Even though our statistics say it is unlikely to happen, we are always here to make sure it never ends up being a bad experience for you.

Whatever issue arises, rest assure we got you covered!
